Appearance;;
Sitara is an adorable cub. Her pelt is a mixture between tan, tawny, white, and dark brown. Said dark brown can easily look like black, but there are actually black markings on her. Her body is marked with many large, dark-edge ellipses which can easily be compared to that of clouds. Of course, that is just what gives her species its name. There are black spots on her head, underparts, and legs, and short black stripes on her neck. The backs of her ears are also black, and there are black rings on her tail. Sitara was the runt of her little, and she currently only stands at sixteen centimeters and weighs in at only fifteen pounds. Her tail is the only thing that is the same length of an average six month old Clouded Leopard, and the long appendage is always held high. Well, you could say held low since they normally keep them low to the ground. Anyway, Sitara has short, flexible legs, large paws, and sharp claws, and it makes her an excellent climber. Her large eyes brown with a lighter, more 'olive' color on the outside.
Personality;;
Sitara is a climber at heart. It is hard to find her paws touching the ground as she is always in the trees, climbing upside down. She does everything in the trees--sleep, eat, and play. The only time you can find her on the ground is when there aren't any trees around there. She is an adventurous cub, but what cub isn't? Her mother would describe her as troublesome than anything else, and her little 'mini-adventures' often times lead her to getting into trouble of some sort. Mostly with her mother. You could call her a tomboy, seeing how most girls would be suck-ups to their parents and never get into trouble. No, Sitara follows the male crowd, rolling in mud, pestering just about everyone, and trying to prove that she is better than them. Never mention the words "competition" or "bet" in front of her. She will instantly jump on the competition or bet, no matter what the consequences are.
That brings us to another matter--her reckless, quick-to-act nature. She never really thinks anything through, accepting any challenge left and right. She is even known to accept challenges in her sleep since she is known to sleep talk. This cub will do any challenge, whether it involves brains or muscles, even if it might kill her. Sitara just really hates it when males think they are better than females, so she really just wants to prove them wrong. She is also pretty gullible and easily manipulated to do whatever someone else tells her to.

The cheers and music coming from one of the many festivals held in the mountain village filled the air. There were bright lights, streamers, people, and even the dragons took part in the festival. But, most importantly, there was food. Just the mere thought of all the delicacies in the food stalls made the grumbling of his stomach increase. So, with that said, why was he still in an alley? Night was already falling, and the fireworks would--
The blond yelped, his form instantly switching from that of a human to that of a small lion cub, as a loud boom sounded from behind him, followed by multiple smaller ones. His whole body trembled as he looked behind him, only to realize that he had been scared stiff by the first firework of that night. Kojo just stood there for a few moments, allowing his trembling to subside before shaking his pelt. He was scared far too easily. Letting out an irritated huff of air, the young Werecat slipped out of the alley, flanking himself against the building so he wouldn't be stepped on or noticed. Yes, because a lion cub wandering the street wasn't noticeable, especially one who probably had a few wanted posters (his lion cub form, at least) from past... Events.
Cerulean eyes flicked back and forth, surveying the area. His tail curled and uncurled, drawing waves in the dirt when it reached the ground. He was almost there--the scent of food was growing stronger. He didn't even know what they were selling, but it wasn't like he was buying. Oh, no. His last odd job gave him barely anything, which was really a waste of his time. And, he was there! Ducking under the cloth that draped over one of the stalls, the cub simply waited there. He could see the shadows of feet all around this stall. Once the shadows moved and a large enough space was made, the cub darted out, hiding under another stall cloth. He repeated the process until he was under a stall next to one that sold large turkey legs. Well, they look like turkey legs. Either way, meat was meat.
He waited under the stall, crouched down, until the time was right. Kojo shot out from under the cloth, leaping up on the meat stall, and grabbing the first piece of meat he could fit in his mouth. Before the stall owner could react, the cub looked over at him, lifting a paw to 'salute' the man. He then hopped off the stall, weaving his way between legs. Of course, this lead to quite a few people falling over. And then the chase began--not only because he had stolen the meat, but because one of the citizens had recognized the cub's face.
-- after the chase scene because i'm lazy--
A pout seemed plastered on the lion cub's face as he watched the form of what once was the festival begin to shrink. The citizens had captured him, but not before most of the stalls and almost everyone had been knocked over or demolished. Well, at least he got some exercise in. But, they took his turkey leg! Now he was left with nothing. Oh, right. Where was he now? Well, once he was captured, they put a wire basket muzzle on him and stuck him in a cage... A bird cage. Thankfully, the bird that once lived in it was rather large, thus he could actually fit in it.
Where was he going? That... He did not know. Kojo turned around in the cage, facing the three men who were 'escorting' him to wherever they were going. Then he saw it--a large house. Really, they were taking him to a house? Why not the pound? Oh, right, he could break down the cage door, despite his smaller-than-usual-for-a-werecat size. He was brought out of his thoughts by the bird cage lurching back and forth, taking the poor cub with it. He let out a hiss in pain when his side slammed into the metal bars. Then there was a loud knocking, and the men began shouting for 'Cromwelle' to open up.
Kojo blinked a few times, not really knowing who this 'Cromwelle' was. Maybe they held high power in the village? They might be the ones deciding his fate. Oh, how he hated having his fate in someone else's paws--er, hands. What if... What if they were like his father? What if they beat him? Cut him? Or, or... Or kill him! His eyes grew wide, and his body began to violently shake. The cub crouched down, curling his tail around him for comfort. He did not like those thoughts at all!
