One day the sun will set on my time, And rise on yours.
Mufasa sat under the small tree that provided enough shade to keep him cool. The sun, it seemed, could just barely bet though the leaves that grew on the thin branches that had small little red berries on them. Mufasa had no idea what it was. All he knew was that he never ate them, that he had heard they were lethal and had no desire to die by them. No, Mufasa was sure he wanted to die because he grew so old that his body just couldn't function anymore or die in a battle protecting the ones he loved and held dear. Of course, there weren't really any of those yet. But he had just claimed the land. Tomorrow, Mufasa would look for females to join his pride and maybe if he found the right female to do it, he would have an Alphess. Mufasa was in no rush, though. He was going to take his time on building his pride. He wanted to have the best bloodlines he could find in all of the lands so that his pride was the strongest...His mind wondered for a moment. A pride, he actually had a pride to call his own. Mufasa had explored a great deal of the land he claimed and found it to be rich with water and food and shelter from storms. There was a few rather large mountains that were more jungle like than stoney like the ones he had seen when coming here.
Oh, the journey here had been one for the books and one that he had grown more mature on. It had taken him weeks to find a place were he was sure he could raise a family on. Now that he found one, he had to defend it and he would defend against every male that ever tried to put a foot on the land. Of course, if they wanted to become a part of it then it Mufasa would perhaps allow them in, but that was the only way a male was getting into his pride. A smile came to his face and made those black lips of his curve up before he actually sat up. The grass brushed his underbelly and tickled the thin brown hairs. A small yawn forced his mouth apart, revealing those sharp white canines. A large pink tongue also was seen. Then, slowly, he closed his mouth before getting up and stretching his muscles. It was then those amber orbs widened with alertness and then he took a few strides out into the burning sun. It felt good as the warm rays heated the rest of his body. His land, his home, his place. Mufasa smiled before picking up the pace and trotting forward.
Description: The land known as Hysperia is a beautiful land. On the East side of the land is where post of the small rivers and ponds are. The Flick river also starts here. It runs throughout the entire land. In the Eastern parts, the vegetation is mostly brush on the ground and a few trees here and there. On the North side is were the mountains are. The mountains are covered in dense vegetation. There is were the trees grow tall, but not nearly as tall as the West side. The Northern side is were a great deal of vines grow, curling around one tree and then going to the next. Along with the vines, a small river flows down hill. This small creek is freezing since it runs down from the tops of the mountains.
The West side of more of the forest. Extremely tall trees grow here. Through this forest, there are mostly dead leaves that covered the ground. Many dead trees rot on the ground. No water really runs here, but the ground is very moist. At the very end of the West side are a bunch of rocks that keep the boarder very safe. The rocks are huge and next to impossible to get over. From there is the South side. Here is were it is desert like. There are almost no trees and the ones that are there are very small and thin. However, in the very middle of this land is a place were there is a waterfall and a beautiful pond. A few trees encase the clearing so no one can see it in without actually being inside of it and there is only one way to get to it. A small tunnel that covered under the vines and bushes.
