Hello! I though 'd get this up nice and early and explain the staff positions etc. for the future - keep in mind these are the ONLY positions that will be up until we get awesomely active.
Co-Admin - 0 Positions Available.
Your duties will be the same as mine. You will watch, advertise, make/delete threads, judge staff auditions, ban members and be responsible for everything that happens when I'm not around - if you are on. This person will have to be reliable, active, honest, fair and above all they must be able to work on their own initiative as I will not always be around to hold your paw.
Global-Mod - Available after 15 Characters are made. You may apply any time.
Picture yourself as a keeper of the peace. My mods will be in charge of looking after the board and the members themselves. If they see anything suspicious they have the right to give you a warning and if needbe they will report to me (Lurch) if further action needs to be taken. You have the powers to do board maintenance (i.e sticky threads, move, lock etc.) that are by another member but you are not able to ban a member without discussion.
Mods - One Position available now.
At any one time the mods will be in charge of one specific area/category. For example, 'Beavis' is mod for the Pridelands, he/she has a right to warn whoever posts in there if they have gone against the rules or if they need help with anything. They may help all members in every board but are responsible for keeping up their own category. Mods will be responsible for being the Stork/Judging when I'm not around or the Global Mod is away.
Advertising Mod - One Position available!
When an advertising mod is elected, he or she will be in charge of everything to do with advertising - anywhere. You will be asked to link back on all the sites that are first-timers, make sure that our affiliate banner is up if requested, make sure the forum is not bombarded with spammers and make sure members/guests are not advertising in the c-box or places that are not specifically advertisement areas. An advertising mod will get paid! For every advertisement your respond to you will post below saying 'Responded' and you will be rewarded 5 paws plus your posting - ten paws in total.
The Stork. - Two positions left.
Very few members will be allowed to access the stork account. This is the account that will decide your babies - it is a separate account PURELY for baby-making and of course it's anonymous so anyone in possession of the Stork password are strictly forbidden to say they are a stork and will be given a format to follow.
If you would like to apply for a 'Stork' licence. PM me with the title 'Rainbowdash'
The Spirits Of Discord. - Four Positions left.
Another account like the stork but not necessarily one you will be happy with. This account will judge fights, plot disasters, curse characters and even cause death. You do not want this accound PM'ing you. When elected as a Spirit you will be given a specific 'name' and a character persona that you must follow then posting with them. The Spirits of Discord are the baddies of cub tales.
If you'd like to try your luck with a Spirit, PM me with the title 'Rarity'.
Under NO circumstances post an application or even give the hint that you are a Dicrodian/Stork or I will change the password <3

Oh! Almost forgot >.> All accepted staff members will have their main account awarded with an unnatural eye color UNLESS that account already has something from the shop. No Ligers with purple eyes.

Why should you be staff?: I think I should be a Co-Admin because I have run a few sites before and I'm a very friendly person, but I'm not afraid to put rules into act. Clearly, they are there for a reason. I will help anyone and everyone and welcome every new member that comes to this site. Also, I follow rules at all times or if I do break them it isn't on purpose. I am fair and reliable and I am on almost every day, a few times a day form the morning to the afternoon to nighttime. I don't have much of a life. XD Anyway, I would love to help this site as much as possible.
